On February 12, 2026, the Intelligence Ombudsman presented the arrangements for external oversight of intelligence activities to a Ukrainian delegation. The visit was part of a study tour to Finland organised by the EU Advisory Mission (EUAM Ukraine) on the oversight of intelligence activities. The Ukrainian delegation included representatives from the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, as well as the Office of the President.
