Doctoral dissertation on intelligence in a rule of law -state

The public examination of M.Sc. (Admin.) Joonas Widlund’s doctoral dissertation ”Tiedustelu oikeusvaltiossa” (Intelligence in a rule of law -state) was held on Thursday 28 November 2024 at the University of Vaasa. The study is part of the legal debate on intelligence activities, which the Intelligence Ombudsman promotes as part of his role as advance supervisor of the legality.
